The article analyses the quality of life of students and the importance of their life satisfaction. The quality of life of students, their life satisfaction and socio-psychological problems in their lives have been considered in the relationship with each other. And as a result of theoretical analysis the socio-psychological problems of students as determinants, factors, prerequisites of their quality of life, satisfaction with their life were established. Socio-psychological problems in the life of students were determined by the answers to the survey of 521 future specialists studying on psychological and pedagogical educational programs of Almaty, Astana, Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar cities in 2023–2024 academic year. Integration of socio-psychological problems obtained from the answers of the test subjects became known. One hundred and fourteen socio-psychological problems identified as a result of the analysis were identified and classified into 9 categories. The values of quantitative indicators in each category determined the magnitude, multidimensionality and multifactorial of socio-psychological problems in students' life activities. In addition, Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that the interdependence and interrelationship of socio-psychological problems in students' life are statistically significant. Identified at the level of the article socio-psychological problems in the life activities of students showed that improving the quality of their lives and levels of satisfaction with their own lives is a very complex and urgent problem in modern Kazakhstani society.
The success of an entrepreneur is related to his or her personal and psychological characteristics, one of which are communicative and organizational aptitudes. Organizational aptitudes contribute to effective business management, including planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and process control. Communicative aptitudes such as adaptability, empathy, and persuasive skills are also important for business. The purpose of the article is to study the gender peculiarities of manifestation of communicative and organizational aptitudes of students of the innovative and entrepreneurial Turan University. The article presents the results of comparative analysis of organizational and communicative aptitudes of students planning entrepreneurial activity and students planning to work as employees. The study was conducted using theoretical analysis, questionnaire “Communicative and organizational aptitudes”, statistical method of data processing – nonparametric Mann-Whitney criterion. The study revealed gender differences among students planning to become entrepreneurs in the future. The degree of manifestation of communicative aptitudes in boys is higher than in girls. The degree of manifestation of organizational aptitudes is higher in girls than in boys. There were no differences in the manifestation of communicative and organizational aptitudes among young men and girls planning to be employed. In accordance with the results of the study it is recommended to include disciplines, programs and trainings developing organizational and communicative skills in the educational programs of students.
Clinical and special psychology
Gambling disorder is often associated with other mental disorders, what requires a different approach in the diagnostics and treatment of these disorders. This case report presents a patient with gambling disorder and comorbid specific phobia. The key feature of this case is the use of Self-Coping method integrative psychotherapy. This case highlights the desire for integrative therapy approach for combined behavioral disorders as a more flexible and personalized approach. Also, this case report provides a demonstration of one of the stages of Self-Coping method with an analysis of the intervention process at the most critical moments of problem state the patient cannot cope with.
Applied Psychology and Research
The topic “Theoretical Aspects of Extraversion and Introversion” examines important aspects of personality psychology based on the concepts of extraversion and introversion proposed by the Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. This article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the concepts of extraversion and introversion proposed by Carl Jung as part of personality analysis. The work provides an analysis of the main characteristics and qualities of both poles of personality, as well as their influence on perception and interaction with the outside world. Also, the main characteristics of extroverted and introverted behavior and their impact on social relationships, professional activities and psychological well-being will be considered. Analysis of modern research confirms and complements Jung’s concepts, and theoretical aspects can be used in practice in the context of modern psychology and psychotherapy. The purpose of the article is to give a broad understanding of the theoretical foundations of extraversion and introversion and emphasize their importance for understanding and working with human personality.
In the modern sports world, attention to the psychological aspects of team activity is increasing. In this context, volleyball is of particular interest as a dynamic and technically complex game that requires a high degree of coordination and teamwork. Despite extensive research into the psychology of sports in general, the psychological characteristics of amateur volleyball players still remain poorly understood. This article represents a theoretical analysis of modern research aimed at identifying and understanding the psychological aspects affecting the team dynamics of amateur volleyball players. The purpose of the study is to study psychological aspects in team volleyball among novice players and identify possible gender differences. The objectives of the study include a theoretical analysis of sports psychology, a study of the psychological characteristics of young volleyball players, as well as determining the similarities and differences between the psychological characteristics of boys and girls in volleyball.
The article examines the influence of socio-demographic, psychological characteristics of Kazakhstani families on the spread of domestic violence against women. The paper examines the types of domestic violence, establishes a regression model that defines the socio-demographic portrait of families in difficult situations, and factors contributing to the likelihood of domestic violence against women. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that domestic violence against women is associated with the tendency of respondents to patriarchal views in gender relations and tolerance of this problem in society.
Pedagogy and methods of education
The article justifies the importance of improving and enhancing the entire education system in Kazakhstan through specific measures to improve the quality of staff training, including foreign language specialists. Both practical, educational, and developmental goals should be set for foreign language learning. It is necessary to pay special attention to the correct definition of learning goals and their alignment with teaching methods. Failure to adhere to these principles can lead to formal assessments of learning outcomes and subjective evaluations based on expectations rather than real achievements. The goal of the article is to discuss foreign language teaching in universities and the prospects of its future development. Among the main shortcomings of the methodological concept of academic courses, regardless of their time period, is a one-sided approach to interpreting and solving key methodological problems. The article analyzes problems related to the correlation and interaction of different types of speech activity during learning, motivation for mastering a foreign language, the organization of linguistic material, its assimilation, and the role of the native language in the process of learning a foreign language at various stages of education.
This article explores the competencies of educators in diagnosing language development in children aged 5-6 years, considering it as a key indicator of their well-being. The aim of the study is to analyze the role of educators in monitoring the speech development of preschool children as a measure of their well-being, as well as the significance of their competencies in timely identifying speech disorders and adjusting pedagogical strategies. The research task is to provide a theoretical analysis of the impact of effective language development diagnostics for 5-6-year-old children as a measure of their well-being. The scientific relevance of the work lies in analyzing the impact of speech development on the well-being of preschool children, which helps in understanding their mechanisms of social adaptation. The practical significance of the study is connected to improving the quality of educators’ competencies in diagnosing language development in 5-6-year-old children as an indicator of their well-being.

Teaching the Russian language and literature in secondary school is a crucial process aimed at developing not only students’ linguistic and literary competencies but also their critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
