Abstract

Communication plays an important role in the life of a healthy individual. Through interaction, people exchange necessary information and coordinate their actions. When visiting healthcare organizations, communication with medical personnel is essential for successfully receiving a range of services. Like any social process, communication undergoes certain changes over time, influenced by the culture in which it takes place. Examining the communication process between healthcare professionals and individuals receiving their services, a tendency towards humanizing the role of the patient can be observed. The patient represents a dependent social role, whose life and health are entirely dependent on the medical worker. The modern approach to treatment involves a different perspective on the interaction between medical personnel and the subjects receiving their services.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to review modern foreign studies on the problem of professional burnout of law enforcement officers. Emotional burnout is considered as a condition that leads to a change in the individual psychological characteristics of police officers, such as: neuroticism and anxiety. In this case, emotional burnout is defined as a reaction to external circumstances reflecting the specifics of professional activity. The results of the study showed that when determining the levels of emotional burnout, foreign researchers mainly use the V.V. Boyko method (tension, resistance, exhaustion). The findings of the study revealed a significant relationship between psychophysiological indicators, individual characteristics of the subjects and their fatigue. Thus, this study in the study of burnout emphasizes the importance of taking into account individual differences and age characteristics. The results of the study will serve Kazakhstani scientists to expand the theoretical concepts and analytical capabilities of future research in the field of professional burnout not only among representatives of the pedagogical and medical spheres, but also among law enforcement officers.

Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the influence of creative abilities on the cognitive-activity style of students. In the course of the study, a review of the scientific literature was made and the relevance of the topic was shown. This study was conducted on 80 Kazakh-speaking university students in the city of Almaty. In the course of the study, the methods of Diagnostics of Personal Creativity (F. Williams, modification: E.E. Tunick) and the Study of Cognitive-Activity Style (L. Rebecca; α = 0.927) were used. The α-Cronbach coefficient of the method Diagnostics of Personal Creativity, used for the first time in the Kazakh language, is determined to be 0.7 and its reliability has been statistically proven. As a result of the correlation analysis, direct positive relationships were found between such parameters of creative abilities as risk taking, curiosity, complexity and imagination, and types of cognitive-activity style. Also, a cognitive-activity style model was determined for each scale by using the Kruskal- Wallace criterion. The results of the study can be used by educational psychologists and researchers when working with Kazakh-speaking respondents.
