It is necessary to create optimal conditions for the successful adaptation of students to college. In order to overcome anxiety, fear, communication difficulties, correct self-esteem, correct formation of one's self in the process of adaptation to college, a specially developed training program of psychological support should be implemented, aimed at creating a favorable psychological climate in the team, as well as the development of effective interpersonal communication skills.
