Abstract
The article analyzes the features of inclusive education in universities in Kazakhstan based on a psychological and pedagogical approach. The main tasks facing the teaching staff are determined, aimed at obtaining education in categories of students with different inclusions. The relevance of the research is determined by the current educational and socio-economic situation in Kazakhstan. The work is largely due to the fact that in modern Russian and Western science, the development of multidirectional learning technologies is necessary for their subsequent active application in the educational environment. Based on the developed proposals, a set of measures is proposed that can improve the quality of the modern learning process for university students. This study explores inclusive education as a social and ethical responsibility that promotes collaboration among university staff and students. By ensuring equal participation in learning, inclusive practices recognize individual strengths and contributions, enriching the educational experience and fostering a supportive, diverse academic environment.
