Abstract

This article will be devoted to the study of the impact of digital technologies on the mental health of teachers in the context of digital transformation in the higher education system. The active introduction of digital technologies into the educational process can create new difficulties and challenges for teachers and affect their psycho-emotional state. The article examines issues such as digital workload, digital stress, and professional burnout and analyzes their impact on teachers as a result of using modern technologies. Digitalization requires teachers to master new platforms and tools, which often leads to reduced stress, burnout, and professional motivation. In addition, the article suggests possible solutions such as improving digital literacy, supporting educational institutions, and introducing flexible work schedules to reduce negative psychological effects. The author emphasizes the importance of using an integrated approach to ensure the psychological well-being of teachers in the context of digital transformation.
