Активное внедрение цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс может создать новые трудности и вызовы для преподавателей и повлиять на их психоэмоциональное состояние. В статье рассматриваются такие вопросы, как цифровая нагрузка, цифровой стресс, профессиональное выгорание и анализируется их влияние на преподавателей в результате использования современных технологий. Цифровизация требует, чтобы преподаватели осваивали новые платформы и инструменты, что часто приводит к снижению стресса, эмоционального выгорания и профессиональной мотивации. Кроме того, в статье предлагаются возможные решения, такие как повышение цифровой грамотности, поддержка образовательных учреждений и внедрение гибких графиков работы, чтобы уменьшить негативные психологические последствия. Автор подчеркивает важность использования комплексного подхода для обеспечения психологического благополучия преподавателей в условиях цифровой трансформации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article will be devoted to the study of the impact of digital technologies on the mental health of teachers in the context of digital transformation in the higher education system. The active introduction of digital technologies into the educational process can create new difficulties and challenges for teachers and affect their psycho-emotional state. The article examines issues such as digital workload, digital stress, and professional burnout and analyzes their impact on teachers as a result of using modern technologies. Digitalization requires teachers to master new platforms and tools, which often leads to reduced stress, burnout, and professional motivation. In addition, the article suggests possible solutions such as improving digital literacy, supporting educational institutions, and introducing flexible work schedules to reduce negative psychological effects.
