Abstract

This article examines the concept of positive pedagogy and its impact on students’ emotional well-being. As emotional stability and psychological support become increasingly important in higher education, instructors need to develop strategies to enhance students’ motivation, boost their self-confidence, and develop stress management skills. The article analyzes key approaches such as creating a supportive psychological environment, the motivational role of feedback, the development of emotional intelligence, and fostering students’ self-improvement. Additionally, effective methods for the practical application of positive pedagogy in the educational process are proposed.
