По мере того как в системе высшего образования возрастает значение эмоциональной устойчивости и психологической поддержки, преподавателям необходимо осваивать стратегии повышения мотивации студентов, укрепления их уверенности в себе и развития навыков управления стрессом. В статье анализируются ключевые подходы, такие как создание благоприятной психологической среды, мотивационная роль обратной связи, развитие эмоционального интеллекта и содействие самосовершенствованию студентов. Кроме того, предлагаются эффективные методы практического применения позитивной педагогики в образовательном процессе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines the concept of positive pedagogy and its impact on students’ emotional well-being. As emotional stability and psychological support become increasingly important in higher education, instructors need to develop strategies to enhance students’ motivation, boost their self-confidence, and develop stress management skills. The article analyzes key approaches such as creating a supportive psychological environment, the motivational role of feedback, the development of emotional intelligence, and fostering students’ self-improvement.
