Abstract

Modern educational technologies are increasingly focused on a personalized approach that considers the individual characteristics of learners. Pedagogical diagnostics plays a crucial role in this process, enabling the identification of students’ knowledge levels, learning styles, and potential difficulties. This paper explores the development of an expert system to support adaptive learning based on pedagogical diagnostics. The key principles of building such a system are presented, including the analysis of diagnostic data, the formation of personalized learning trajectories, and the integration of artificial intelligence methods. Special attention is given to the automation of knowledge assessment and the intelligent support of educators in the learning process. An analysis of existing approaches has been conducted, and a conceptual model of the expert system has been developed, aimed at improving education quality through the personalization of the learning process.
