Статья посвящена изучению теоретического аспекта влияния тревожности личности на развитие расстройства пищевого поведения. Известно, что расстройства пищевого поведения, такие как нервная анорексия, нервная булимия или приступообразное переедание очень часто коморбидны с другими психическими расстройствами [1]. Эти расстройства могут включать (но не ограничиваться ими) депрессию, генерализованное тревожное расстройство, социальное тревожное расстройство, посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство и обсессивно-компульсивное расстройство. Как мы видим из списка, чаще всего с расстройствами пищевого поведения идет рука об руку тревога, которая выражается в генерализованном тревожном расстройстве, социальном тревожном расстройстве и в какой-то степени в обсессивно-компульсивном расстройстве. Несмотря на то что было проведено много научных исследований, доказавших эту взаимосвязь, многие из них страдают от методологических проблем, ограничивающих полезность полученных результатов.

The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical aspect of the influence of personality anxiety on the development of eating disorders. It is known that eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa or paroxysmal overeating are very often comorbid with other mental disorders. These disorders may include (but are not limited to) depression, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. As we can see from the list, most often anxiety goes hand in hand with eating disorders, which is expressed in generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder and to some extent obsessive-compulsive disorder. Despite the fact that many scientific studies have been conducted to prove this relationship, many of them suffer from methodological problems that limit the usefulness of the results obtained.
