В данной статье рассматривается режим нераспространения ядерного оружия как фактор, влияющий на распространение радиофобии в обществе. По мнению автора статьи, укрепление режима нераспространения ядерных технологий в целом и ядерного оружия в частности способно существенно снизить уровень радио- фобии в обществе. Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение ряда предложений, способных укрепить режим нераспространения ядерного оружия, повышения доверия между ведущими ядерными державами и снижения страха применения ОМП в обществе. Научная значимость работы заключается в том, что иссле- дование не ставит под сомнение практическую пользу ядерных технологий, также не ставит своей целью полный запрет их использования. Осознавая пользу ядерных технологий в энергетике, медицине и космиче- ских исследованиях, работа ставит своей целью поиск безопасных способов использования мирного атома и минимизацию рисков применения этих технологий в деструктивных целях. При написании работы использо- ваны такие научные методы исследования, как общетеоретический, анализ, синтез, логический, сравнитель- но-правовой, исторический, а также метод анализа и толкования правовых актов. В данной работе проведен анализ военных доктрин основных ядерных держав, в результате сделан вывод о необходимости разработки ряда универсальных мер, укрепления режима нераспространения ядерного оружия. Ценность исследования заключается в том, что в нем присутствует ряд конкретных предложений, которые могут способствовать укреплению режима ядерного нераспространения.

This article examines the nuclear nonproliferation regime as a factor influencing the spread of radiophobia in society. According to the author of the article, strengthening the non-proliferation regime of nuclear technologies in general, and nuclear weapons in particular, can significantly reduce the level of radiophobia in society. The purpose of this article is to consider a number of proposals that can strengthen the nuclear nonproliferation regime, increase trust between the leading nuclear powers, and reduce the fear of the use of WMD in society. The scientific significance of the work lies in the fact that the study does not question the practical benefits of nuclear technologies, and does not aim to completely ban their use. Realizing the benefits of nuclear technologies in energy, medicine and space research, the work aims to find safe ways to use Peaceful atom, and minimize the risks of using these technologies for destructive purposes. When writing the work, such scientific research methods as: general theoretical, analysis, synthesis, logical, comparative legal, historical, statistical, as well as the method of analysis and interpretation of legal acts were used. In this work, an analysis of the military doctrines of the main nuclear powers was carried out, and as a result, it was concluded that it was necessary to develop a number of universal measures to strengthen the nuclear nonproliferation regime. The value of this study lies in the fact that it contains a number of specific proposals that can contribute to strengthening the nuclear non-proliferation regime.
