Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью поиска эффективных форматов развития компетенций XXI века у обучающихся, включая критическое мышление, количественный анализ, цифровую грамотность и исследовательские навыки. Целью работы является выявление влияния инновационных форм внеурочной деятельности на формирование ключевых компетенций учащихся и сравнительный анализ их эффективности. Деятельность кружка «Исследователи природы» (8 «В» класс) строилась в традиционном формате, в то время как работа кружка «Digital-биологи» (8 «С» класс) базировалась на использовании STEM-технологий по направлению «Выращивание сельскохозяйственных культур с помощью передовых агротехнологий». Проведенный педагогический эксперимент показал, что внедрение STEM-модели обеспечивает выраженную положительную динамику в формировании учебно-познавательных, исследовательских и коммуникативных навыков школьников, что создает условия для успешной адаптации в обществе будущего.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the importance of modern approaches to organizing biology clubs. The relevance of the study is due to the need to find effective formats for developing 21st-century competencies in students, including critical thinking, quantitative analysis, digital literacy, and research skills. The aim of the study is to identify the impact of innovative forms of extracurricular activities on the formation of students’ key competencies and to compare their effectiveness.
