Статья посвящена проблеме стресса в профессиональной деятельности медицинских работников, а также особенностям волевой саморегуляции состояния у медицинских работников в условиях осуществления планового и экстренного приема пациентов. Представлен обзор литературы, посвященной вопросам стресса, его причинам и последствиям в профессиональной деятельности медицинских работников, и результаты исследования уровня стресса и его проявлений, а также волевой саморегуляции, определены различия данных явлений, обусловленных разными условиями труда и функциональными обязанностями. Выявлено, что врачи с экстренным приемом пациентов по сравнению с врачами с плановым приемом пациентов имеют более высокие показатели по уровню испытываемого стресса, утомления, пресыщения. По общей шкале волевой саморегуляции, самообладания и настойчивости врачи с плановым приемом пациентов имеют более высокий уровень, чем врачи с экстренным приемом пациентов. Профессиональной деятельности медицинских работников с экстренным приемом пациентов характерны более высокий уровень стресса и низкий уровень навыков саморегуляции.

The article is devoted to the problem of stress in the professional activities of medical workers, as well as the features of volitional self-regulation of the condition of medical workers in the conditions of planned and emergency admission of patients. A review of the literature on the issues of stress, its causes and consequences in the professional activities of medical workers is presented, and the results of the study of the level of stress and its manifestations, as well as volitional self-regulation, the differences between these phenomena caused by different working conditions and functional responsibilities are identified. It was revealed that doctors with emergency admission of patients have higher rates of stress, fatigue, satiety compared to doctors with scheduled admission of patients. According to the general scale of volitional self-regulation, self-control and perseverance, doctors with scheduled admission of patients have a much higher level than doctors with emergency admission of patients. The professional activity of medical workers with emergency reception of patients is characterized by a higher level of stress and a low level of self-regulation skills.
