На сегодняшний день особо актуальным является формирование коммуникативной компетентности, особенно в подростковом возрасте. Реализация данной задачи требует от педагогов и психологов школ разностороннего изучения теоретических и прикладных аспектов данной проблемы. Требование к высокой адаптивности и самостоятельности в современном социуме требует от подростков умения устанавливать контакты и налаживать отношения с окружающими. От этого зависит успешность их будущей профессиональной деятельности. В связи с этим нами был организован формирующий эксперимент с применением социально-психологических тренингов для формирования и развития коммуникативных умений и компетенций подростков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The development of secondary education has caused changes to the requirements for the development of the personality of school students. Today, the formation of communicative competence is particularly relevant, especially in adolescence. the implementation of this task requires teachers and psychologists of schools to comprehensively study the theoretical and applied aspects of this problem. The requirement for high adaptability and independence in modern society requires teenagers to be able to establish contacts and establish relationships with others. The success of their future professional activity depends on it.
