Патологический гемблинг, или расстройство вследствие пристрастия к азартным играм, часто ассоциирован с другими психическими расстройствами, что требует несколько другого подхода в диагностике и лечении этих расстройств. В данном клиническом случае представлен пациент с патологическим гемблингом и коморбидной специфической фобией. Особенностью данного случая является применение интегративной психотерапевтической методики «Самосовладание». Этот клинический случай подчеркивает потребность в интегративной терапии при сочетанных расстройствах поведения как в более гибком и персонализированном подходе. Приведена демонстрация одного из этапов метода «Самосовладание» в виде диалога терапевта и пациента, анализа процесса интервенции при самых критических моментах состояний, с которыми не справляется пациент.
Gambling disorder is often associated with other mental disorders, what requires a different approach in the diagnostics and treatment of these disorders. This case report presents a patient with gambling disorder and comorbid specific phobia. The key feature of this case is the use of Self-Coping method integrative psychotherapy. This case highlights the desire for integrative therapy approach for combined behavioral disorders as a more flexible and personalized approach. Also, this case report provides a demonstration of one of the stages of Self-Coping method with an analysis of the intervention process at the most critical moments of problem state the patient cannot cope with.
