Успех предпринимателя связан с его личностными и психологическими характеристиками, одними из которых являются коммуникативные и организационные склонности. Организаторские склонности способствуют эффективному управлению бизнесом, включая планирование, распределение ресурсов, установление приоритетов и контроль над процессами. Коммуникативные склонности, такие как адаптивность, эмпатия, умение убеждать, являются также важными для бизнеса. Цель статьи – исследование гендерных особенностей проявления коммуникативных и организаторских склонностей обучающихся инновационно-предпринимательского университета «Туран». В статье представлены результаты сравнительного анализа организаторских и коммуникативных склонностей у студентов, планирующих предпринимательскую деятельность и обучающихся, планирующих работать в качестве наемных сотрудников. Исследование проведено с использованием теоретического анализа, опросника «Коммуникативные и организаторские склонности», статистического метода обработки данных – непараметрического критерия Манна-Уитни. В результате исследования были выявлены гендерные различия среди обучающихся, планирующих в дальнейшем стать предпринимателем. Степень проявления коммуникативных склонностей у юношей выше, чем у девушек. Степень проявления организаторских склонностей выше у девушек, чем у юношей. Различий в проявлении коммуникативных и организаторских склонностей среди юношей и девушек, планирующих работать по найму, выявлено не было. В соответствии с результатами исследования в образовательные программы студентов рекомендуется включить дисциплины, программы и тренинги развивающие организаторские и коммуникативные навыки.

The success of an entrepreneur is related to his or her personal and psychological characteristics, one of which are communicative and organizational aptitudes. Organizational aptitudes contribute to effective business management, including planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and process control. Communicative aptitudes such as adaptability, empathy, and persuasive skills are also important for business. The purpose of the article is to study the gender peculiarities of manifestation of communicative and organizational aptitudes of students of the innovative and entrepreneurial Turan University. The article presents the results of comparative analysis of organizational and communicative aptitudes of students planning entrepreneurial activity and students planning to work as employees. The study was conducted using theoretical analysis, questionnaire “Communicative and organizational aptitudes”, statistical method of data processing – nonparametric Mann-Whitney criterion. The study revealed gender differences among students planning to become entrepreneurs in the future. The degree of manifestation of communicative aptitudes in boys is higher than in girls. The degree of manifestation of organizational aptitudes is higher in girls than in boys. There were no differences in the manifestation of communicative and organizational aptitudes among young men and girls planning to be employed. In accordance with the results of the study it is recommended to include disciplines, programs and trainings developing organizational and communicative skills in the educational programs of students.
